1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Dynamic Sky Cargo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services are provided subject to your compliance with these terms.
2. Service Scope
We provide global logistics, air freight, sea freight, and land transport services. Detailed transit times and liability limits are defined per individual Bill of Lading (BOL) issued at the time of shipment.
3. Cargo Liability
Liability for loss or damage is limited as per international conventions (Montreal Convention for Air, Hague-Visby for Sea) unless additional insurance is purchased through our Dubai HQ.
